Spicy Bean Pau


 


Ingredients: Burger bun - 4, onion (chopped) - 1, grated cheese - 3-4tbsp, baked beans in tomato sauce - 1cup, green chillies (finely chopped) - 2, coriander leaves - 2tbsp, butter - 1tbsp, oil - 1tbsp, salt & pepper (to taste), chilli, tomato ketchup - 1tbsp, red chilli powder, amchoor (to taste).

 

 


Method:
1. Heat oil in a frying pau.
2. Add chopped onion & green chillies & fry for 2 min.
3. Now add salt, pepper, amchoor, red chilli powder & baked beans in it. Saute it till it dries. Keep it a side.
4. Take buns and scoop each of it keeping ½” border on all sides.
5. Apply a little butter on the bun & heat on a greased tawa till it crisp & brown.
6. Full three scooped bun with this bean tomato mixture.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese & garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot.
