Crisp til toast


 


Ingredients: 4 slices bread (cut into 4 triangle), 2 boiled potatoes, 2 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp suji, 4 tbsp grated cheese, a pinch of baking powder, salt & pepper, red chilli powder(to taste), oil (for frying), 2 tbsp til seeds.

 

 


Method:

1. Mash potatoes, add cheese, maida, suji, baking powder, salt & pepper & red chilli powder.
2. Covered each triangle bread slice with the potato mixture on one side it only.
3. Sprinkle til seeds over it & press it.
4. Fry these triangle till they lien brown & crisp.
5. Drain it on tissue paper.
6. Serve hot with sauce / chutney.
